Leadership and Metrics: Time Scale

Although it is important to figure out what to measure I find that there is often less rigor and structure around the time scale of the metrics. By time scale I mean have far back in time should the metric go and how frequently should we update the metric. This video offers a perspective on how to think about the dimension of Time when designing metrics and their visual display.
