The concept of detecting useful signals from a mass of data is critical for both Frontline Staff and Leaders as well as Senior Leadership. However, its vital that organizations design their metric dashboards so that the kind of signals detected is customized for the particular needs of the frontline as compared to execs. It’s essentially an issue of over or under sensitivity.
