Lead Time and Little’s Law

This video describes the concept of Lead Time, one of the foundational ideas of Process Excellence. It is foundational because it focuses on time whereas traditional process thinking emphasizes things like economies of scale and subordinating time, especially the customer’s time, to the needs of the process.
