Root Cause Problem Solving: Just Tilt the Train

You probably saw this incident, but if not, here is the wonderfully clever and simple root cause solution to a problem:

CCTV footage captured at Perth railway station in Australia shows the moment when a man’s leg became trapped between a platform and carriage, after slipping while boarding a train on August 6th, 2014. Fellow commuters, along with transport staff, quickly came to his rescue and managed to immediately tilt the train so he could pull himself free. It has been reported that he did not sustain any serious injuries following the incident.
