In another post, I described the ambitions of Fast Retailing for its Uniqlo chain (Uniqlo Fashions Global Push). The new store on 5th Avenue comes in at 89,000 square feet. A second new store on 34th Street has 64,000 square feet. Here’s an interview with Fast Retailing founder Tadashi Yanai, who with an estimated net worth of $7.6 billion is Japan’s richest man.
